With extremely high pressure they compact waste or recyclable material into connecting receiver containers.

Thorough crushing and efficient compacting ensure maximum filling of each container. Typically, the weight per volume ratio of the compacted waste is up to 60% higher than the ratio achieved by ram compactors.

Customer requirements determine the selection of the loading arrangement from the range of available options: conveyor feed systems, through-the-wall chutes, air conveying systems, ground level loading, dock level loading, bin lifters. The selected loading arrangement can be customised to meet the requirements on site.

Only the receiver container is hauled away when full – the compaction unit remains on site.

Nationwide delivery and installation is provided with this equipment by one of our qualified engineers who will also provide training on how to use the machine
